This cactus was a road-kill I brought from Spain last summer, see the birth of his first ear here.

what a nice idea ... after all my 'green' had died cause of a big mould damage (cause: pipe crack) in our home i asked for an plantspart-swap on my blog. it was great and our home is finally green again ...
perhaps it's an idea to adopt?

The cactus decided that he wanted another ear. There are so many exited things to be heard. So he just sat there, as quiet as he could, with a smile on his face, listening to the life on earth:)
the ears beg a face. Have you had a character with cactus ears in your art? seems like a familiar shape.

So gorgeous pictures! Lately my head too is spinning around the greens, by coincidence. I just can't take my eyes of the mayflowers in my window. It will be a great week. Thanks for sharing!
Good growing job. It took 4 years before our rescue cactus grew an ear. (and we were so proud when it did!)
